Lincoln "K" Technical Questions

I would not replace bearings for a slight knock before oil pressure comes up. My V-12 makes a little noise until it gets pressure and warms up a little.

Hello Group, I am planning to pull the oil pan for cleanup. I would like to replace the bearings. I have a slight cold knock sometimes when I start it. The noise goes away as soon as the oil pressure comes up. Any suggestions? Also a source for new bearings. 1937 model K . Thanks in advance
