Any ideas out there on cause of one rear brake tending to lock on my 1929 168B Limo?
Both rear brakes have new linings, front ones have old lining. Front brakes work fine.
Right rear works fine, left grabs, so I have backed off pull rod adjustment, it still grabs on a quick stop. That brake, when I had linings renewed, also had Auxiliary shoe lining worn down past rivet heads, other shoes and other rear wheel linings were still usable. Car has wood spoke wheels, which were rebuilt a few years ago, and problem started after wheel rebuild. I have a suspicion the brake drum may not be properly centered on axle.
Any ideas on how to fix this??
