1932 Lincoln KA headlight control switch at bottom...

There are two fiber discs with contacts, you may remove the switch from the steering column, take the metal cap off and clean the contacts. Be careful of the horn wire.
My headlight control switch works sporadically. I have to turn on the switch at the top of the steering column multiple times to make it work. Once headlights are on, they work fine. the parking light work fine.
Can anyone advise what I can do? There is a steel cup at the bottom of the steering column that has several wires that appear ok.
Appreciate any advice on this topic,
Thanks,

Jim
