I sent my waterpump to Gould and they use modern seals and materials. Took a few times and runs to tighten the packing correctly, but seems to be holding up well. Olson gaskets made a set of gaskets from original patterns for all of the waterpump tubes, etc and well worth it. Now is the time to consider changing the flex discs to the stainless versions. The owners manual cautions about overoiling the generator/starter, and I suspect over time, grease from the transmission housing works its way into that space as well. I get all of my wire, as it looks like the cloth original with the proper tracings from Brillman. They have proper contacts and this is also where I got what was needed for a nice correct looking battery cable, etc.
